Y-3 AJATU COURT

The Nizza, a staple in adidas Basketball in the 1970's, originally features a canvas upper - as most basketball shoes back in the day - with leather stripes and canvas pull-tab while the rubber outsole kept the player anchored to the court. Extra padding around the ankle kept it comfortable and supportive.

Y-3 Ajatu Court sneakers, introduced in FW21, are inspired by adidas' Nizza basketball shoes. They are crafted with slightly wrinkled woven that's sturdy and lightweight. The exaggerated rubber soles provide grip and cushioning, and the leather and suede details make the Y-3 version of Nizza more premium. The shoe is finished with leather lining for more comfort and low versions' detachable zip cover makes the shoe fun and suitable for every occasion.
For FW21 Ajatu Court comes in 2 colorways - simple black with leather tongue cover and clear brown with suede details.
